Research Groups
A Research Group is a group of researchers specialized in the same subject, working together over the common issues and provide innovative solutions. The aim of organising research activities in groups is to create cooperation between individual researchers to strengthen the quality of research and to carry out tests and experiments that require coordinated effort.
In the current scenario, even MNC’s are focussing more upon developing their own innovative products which are outcomes of the R&D section of the organization. For this, they require team that has some insight of the latest technologies and apply their knowledge in respective application areas. They also look for individuals who are more inclined towards experimenting and providing optimized solutions. Alongside, research background is also essential to pursue higher studies from good universities.
For this, Research Groups in latest and upcoming technologies are formed in the department to provide a platform and environment for students to work together under the supervision of mentors/supervisors who excel in their respective domains.
