CIRCULAR
8th Semester Major Project Phase II Review 1
The 8th semester major project phase II review 1 examination is scheduled from April 2, 2024, to April 12, 2024. The examination will be conducted in offline mode and will start from 9.00 AM onwards. The groups have been assigned a panel for evaluation (see the bottom of the page).
Project team members have to prepare a PPT of around 12 slides. The PPT content must be as follows:
1. Project Tile, Project Team ID, Guide Name and Student Details (First Slide)
2. Introduction and Problem Statement (Max 2 Slides)
3. Literature Survey (Max 2 Slides)
4. Objectives (1 Slide)
5. Project Work Carried Out (Max 5 Slides)
Work carried out may include architectural design of the project, implementation of any objectives, Data Sets, Data Collection, Data Pre-processing, pseudo code/ algorithms, discussion of the results, etc.
6. Status of the research paper (Max 1 Slide)
Note:
1. The request for a change in exam date will not be entertained. If any team member(s) has a placement drive (on campus), the entire team has to appear for the examination on reserved days for the assigned panel examiners.
2. Progress report 2 copy must be signed by project supervisor and HOD. For more details to prepare progress report go through this notice (https://csitgeu.in/wp/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/Major-Project-Progress-Report-2-Submission.htm)
3. Progress Report hard copies must be submitted to the examiners on the day of major project phase II review 1 examination.
4. A major project phase II review 1 examination will not be conducted for the students without the submission of hard copy of the progress report in the specified format, duly signed by the project supervisor and HoD.
5. For NOC students major project phase II review 1 examination will be schedule later
