CIRCULAR 

 FINAL YEAR MAJOR PROJECT DEMONSTRATION AND VIVA-VOCE PHASE-2 EXAMINATION ON 4th JUNE 2025

In view of postponed of examination from 3rd June to 4th June, all concerned final year (8th semester) students are hereby informed that their final project demonstration and viva voce Phase-2 examination (only in offline mode) is scheduled on June 4th, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. onwards. The detailed schedule is given below.

Note:

1.     Please check the above schedule, in case of any discrepancy then inform to Project Coordinator (Dr. Deepak Gaur) through email (deepakgaur.cse@geu.ac.in).

2.     The final project demonstration and viva voce will be conducted after the end-term theory exam (https://geu.ac.in/exam-portal/). So accordingly plan your travel and stay.

3.   The final project demonstration and viva voce will be examined by external expert examiners from Industry/Academia.

4.   Two Project Report hard copies must be submitted on the day of the project demonstration and viva-voce examination. Apart from the 2 copies submitted, the students are advised to get their copy of the Project Report signed by the Supervisor, HoD, and External Examiner for future use.
