Super50 Program Qualifying Examination

The online qualifying test for the Super 50 program will be conducted on 23rd Feb 2018 at 10:30 AM for all the eligible students who have filled and submitted their registration form.

It is hereby informed to all CS/IT 6th Sem students that University has decided to form a Super-50 batch consist of 50 students from Graphic Era (Deemed to be University)

Eligibility Clauses:

  1. The super 50 program is applicable for B Tech 6th semester CS/IT students only.


  1. Student qualifying for this program should have a minimum of 70% as an aggregate in their B.Tech Degree with No active backlogs


  1. Attendance for all training imparted to shortlisted candidate will be treated as mandatory (whether within GEU or otherwise).
  2. A psychometric test will be conducted by the University as a part of the selection process.
  3. Aptitude and coding assessment (wherever applicable) will be a part of the selection process to be conducted on this Friday (23rd February, 2018).


  1. The University shall select 50 candidates from Graphic Era(Deemed to be University) for this initiative.


  1. Fee for the course is to be borne by University, however every student need to submit Rs 5000 as security to University, which will refunded to them after their B.Tech program if course is completed with 90% attendance and discipline.


  1. Students those who are staying in college hostel, their accommodation and food expenses will be taken care by the University. Everyone else need to pay Rs 1000/month for hostel charges and other personal expenses such as food expenses on their own.


  1. Affidavit of undertaking from student signed by their parents to be submitted before course to HOD’s


  1. All classes are going to be conducted in Roorkee.

All the students who are interested and following the eligibility can download the registration form from below link to register themselves for the initiative and submit it on or before Thursday (22nd  February, 2018) to their respective class coordinators.

  1. No Registration form will be accepted after the prescribed date.

All the below Students are hereby notified that after the screening test, the below students are potential candidates for training of Placement Preparation of Adobe. If student wishes to join the program then they required to adhere the following formalities.


  1. Affidavit on Rs. 10 stamp paper is to be submitted to HoD sir for undertaking that you wish to join the program and held responsible for their behavior throughout the program. (Signed by your parents).
  2. If parents are not available in Dehradun, you can ask them to send a fax and attached it with your affidavit.
  3. Expenses of Food for Non-Hostlers are to be borne by student himself/herself and Rs. 1000/ 30 Days to be submitted to MR. Ashish Garg for Hostel charges in Roorkee.
  4. Expenses of food and hostel for University hostel students are taken care of by University itself.
  5. All such students can report to Raman Classes, New Adarsh Nagar Roorkee on 20th February, 2018 at 9:30 am after the above formalities.

Placement classes at Roorkee

This is to inform all final year CS/IT students, those who fulfil the following criteria have to attend placement sessions at RAMAN classes from Monday, 19th Feb, 9 AM.

The criteria for attending classes is –
Must have a CoCubes score of 550 and above
Have not joined any company yet (Irrespective whether you are placed or not)
All necessary arrangements for stay have been made in two separate boys and girls hostel of RAMAN classes.

Note – There will be no charges for classes and hostel facility, however food and personal expenses need to be taken care by student themselves.

Ethical hacking and Network Security

A workshop on Ethical hacking and Network Security is being organized by the department of CSE on 16-17 Feb 2018 by Redhat Training Partner. The enrollment fee for this workshop is Rs. 600 per student which includes all course material and participation certificates.
