It has been noticed that there are few students of different semesters who have still not registered or reported. As the mid semester exams are approaching all such students are directed to register immediately failing which they are unlikely to cover up syllabus and attendance and risk losing a semester. For any issues concerning registration, such students are advised to contact the class coordinator.

The following lists mini-project topics for all the 3rdsemester students of BTech-CSE/IT(Core, All Specializations, IT). Some projects are listed under a faculty member who would act as the resource person for the topic. Please contact the faculty member(s) directly to understand the requirements, tools and technologies to be used, final output format, etc. Some projects are generic where no resource person is mentioned.
Evaluation Date: Second week of November. Exact dates of evaluation will be subsequently notified, ensure to complete your project work by first week of November.

Notes:
- All topics are open to all students across specializations except whe. It means any topic can be selected by student(s) of core cse, BDA, cloud, cyber-security, IT.
- The best projects will be awarded with certificates from IEEE.
- Projects can be done individually or in groups. Sl no 1 to 98: Maximum 3 students in a group, Sl No 99: Maximum 2 students in a group

The notice for Final Year Major Project was displayed on 07-Aug-2019 and the last date for submitting Supervisor Consent Form was given as 17-Aug-2019.
The students have made a mockery of the process as only the following students have submitted the forms.
The Department has noticed a carelessness attitude among the final year students which was evident in case of submitting industrial training certificate also. This attitude cannot be condoned each and every time.
It has been decided that:
- 20 marks are deducted from all the students (except the following list) from the evaluation marks.
- 20 GP marks are deducted from all the students (except the following list.
- All defaulters are strictly directed to submit the form by Wednesday, 28 August. If a student does not submit by this final deadline it will be assumed that the student does not want to complete the project and will be marked absent directly.

Some topics are marked exclusively, for example, topic no 35 is marked only for Cloud and Cyber Security students. It means this topic can be choses only by the students of that particular specialization(s), however students of that specialization(s) are free to choose any other topic.
