Subject: Final Phase (Phase-3) Evaluation of Project-Based Learning (PBL)
All students of 4th and 6th semesters enrolled in Project-Based Learning (PBL) are hereby informed that the Final Phase Evaluation (Phase-3) will be conducted as per the following schedule:
️ Evaluation Dates:
27th May 2025 (Tuesday)
28th May 2025 (Wednesday)
Evaluation Requirements:
Students must be present with the following:
- Final Project Report
Must be spiral bind and prepared in the prescribed format.
Report format has already been shared with students. - Final Presentation (PPT) – Maximum 10 slides, including:
Project Title & Objective
Workflow/Architecture
Final Implementation with screenshots/demonstration
Challenges faced & resolutions
Role & contribution of each team member
Conclusion and Future Scope - Demo/Code Walkthrough:
Live demonstration of the working project.
Access to GitHub/GitLab repository with documented progress. - Dress Code:
Students must be in formal university uniform and carry their University ID card.
- Group Attendance:
- All group members must be present.
- In case of any clash of PBL evaluation timing, the group/student must inform the panel in advance and attend both evaluations one after another.
