Notice: PBL Phase–2 Presentation Schedule and Submission Guidelines

All students of the 5th Semester enrolled in Project-Based Learning (PBL) are hereby informed that the Phase–2 Presentation will be conducted as per the following schedule:
Presentation Dates:
Wednesday, 15/10/2025 to Friday, 17/10/2025
(The schedule for 3rd Semester PBL will be shared shortly.)
Instructions for Presentation
All teams must report as per their allocated time slots (attached with this notice) and are required to bring the following materials:
- PowerPoint Presentation (PPT) summarizing the progress and implementation details.
- Hard copy of the Project Report (spiral bound).
- Screenshot showing that the Phase–2 Report has been approved by the mentor on LMS.
Group Participation
- All team members must be present during the presentation.
- In case of any clash with placement or other academic activities, students must inform their respective evaluators in advance to request alternate timing.
Dress Code and ID
- Students must attend the presentation in proper university uniform and carry their valid university ID card.
- Students not in uniform or without ID will not be permitted to present.
Important Notes
- Students must attend the presentation strictly as per their allotted slots in the attached schedule.
- No team will be allowed to present without the required documents or mentor approval on LMS.
- The evaluation schedule and venue details will be displayed on the department notice board and LMS.
- No rescheduling requests will be entertained after the slots are finalized.
