Notice: Regarding Final year students’ Photoshoots Passing Year 2026 who have missed their photoshoots in earlier schedules:
The Final Year students of Department of CSE (B.Tech and M.Tech students) including specialization who have not reported in earlier schedules of photoshoot are hereby informed that their memento photoshoot is scheduled as given below:

NOTE: Concerned Students are required to strictly follow the above schedule as this is the last & final opportunity. Attending memento photoshoot is mandatory, as this photo will be updated in your Degree certificate. No further requests/arrangements will be made by the Department. Students are themselves responsible for the missed out photoshoot.
Guidelines for attending Memento Photoshoot:
- Students must come properly dressed in Formals
- Students should come properly groomed as you would do on any special occasion.
- Carry your own props for the photo such as some books, bag, laptop, Tablets, hand bag, etc which you seem fit for your Photograph.
- Carry your own comb, face wiping/cleaning tissue and make up item (for girls).
- Your hair should be well groomed and face should not be oily.
- For male students who shave, please do it on photo shoot day too.
