PBL Phase-I Report Submission & Departmental Review

All students of 3rd and 5th Semester are hereby informed that the PBL Phase-I Report for DS-CPP and OS-DBMS must be submitted on or before 2nd September 2026 through the PBL Portal.
Important Instructions
- The Phase-I PPT and Report formats have already been shared through the PBL Portal and must be followed strictly.
- Students must consult their respective mentor and get the report reviewed before submission.
- Only one report per team is required to be submitted.
- The submitted Phase-I Report will also be reviewed by the Departmental Review Committee.
- After submission, students must regularly check the PBL Portal for feedback/comments provided by the Review Committee.
- Any feedback provided by the committee must be carefully addressed and incorporated into the Phase-I presentation before appearing for the evaluation.
- Students are advised to check the PBL Portal regularly for announcements, feedback, schedules, and other updates.
- All submissions must comply with the Departmental Plagiarism Policy and Academic Integrity Guidelines.
- No submission will be permitted after 2nd September 2026.
- Teams failing to submit the Phase-I Report within the stipulated deadline will not be permitted to appear in the Phase-I Evaluation.
⚠️ Students are strictly advised not to wait until the last date. Submit the report well in advance, regularly check the review status/feedback on the portal, and incorporate all suggested changes before the Phase-I presentation.
