Mini Project Submission Notice for 3rd and 5th Semester Students

All 3rd and 5th Semester students (other than IBM specialization students of 5th sem) are required to submit their mini project works. The original notice regarding what to submit was already displayed on 9th November 2020 ( http://csitgeu.in/wp/2020/11/09/mini-project-evaluation-for-3rd-and-5th-sem/ )

Submission Method and Deadline:

Students will create a folder, the name of the folder should be ‘Miniproject.’  Copy both the video file and the report inside the folder (strictly following naming conventions as per the notice mentioned above. Students doing two projects will include both reports in one file and use a single video. However if you prefer you can use two files and two videos, simple use numbers 1 and 2 along with the usual names). The student will then go to Google drive using his/her own account and upload the complete folder. Make the folder shareable (this is very important.) The student will then provide the link of his/her shareable folder in the following google form. The deadline for uploading in the student’s google drive and submission of the link is 5PM of Thursday, 10th December, 2020. The link will be closed at the deadline, so ensure that you provide the details well within time.

Note: Students having back in miniproject in 3rd and 5th sem are required to submit in the same links as below.

Very Important Notes:

  1. Students should upload their files within the stipulated time. No activity should take place in the folder after the deadline. If any change is made in the folder after deadline the submission will be summarily rejected, and student will be marked Absent.
  2. Students should doubly ensure that the folders are made shareable. If they fail to make it shareable and the evaluator is not able to access the files, they will be summarily marked Absent.
  3. Students should keep the files in the folders till results are announced, do not delete them prior to that.
