Notice: Final Year Major Project Demonstration and Viva-voice Examination Schedule (OFFLINE MODE ONLY)

All final year (8th semester) students of CSE/IT (excluding IBM Specialization) are hereby informed that their final project demonstration and via-voice examination in offline mode will be scheduled on 21st and 22nd May, 2022, 09.00 AM onwards. Please find the detailed batch wise schedule in below links.

 Note:

  1. The request for change in exam date and time will not be entertained. Please check the above schedule, in case of any discrepancy then informed to Project Coordinator (Dr. Guru Prasad) on or before 19th May 2022, 05.00 PM.
  2. Before the day of examination, your project report copies must be signed by supervisor and HOD, any other.
  3. The final project demonstration and viva-voce will be examined by external expert examiners from Industry/Academia.
  4. Two Project Report hard copies must be submitted on the day of project demonstration and viva-voce examination. Apart from the 2 copies submitted, the Students are advised to get their personal copy of Project Report signed by Supervisor and External Examiner for future use.
  5. For B. Tech (CSE IBM Specialization) students the final project demonstration and viva-voce will be conducted by expert examiners from IBM. The examination schedule will be informed by IBM. Hard copies of project report need to be submitted to the Project Coordinator (Dr. Guru Prasad M S, Professor CSE), for any query related to project demonstration and viva-voce contact to Dr. Vikas Tripathi, Coordinator-IBM.
