NOTICE: FINAL YEAR MAJOR PROJECT DEMONSTRATION AND VIVA-VOICE EXAMINATION SCHEDULE

All final-year (8^th semester) students of CSE are hereby informed that their final project demonstration and via-voice examination in offline mode will be scheduled on May 29^th and 30^th, 2023, 9:00 a.m. onwards. The detailed batch wise schedule is as follows:

Note:

1. The request for change in exam date and time will not be entertained.Please check the above schedule, in case of any discrepancy then informed to Project Coordinator (Dr. Guru Prasad M S) on or before 26^th May 2023, 01.00 PM.
2. Before the examination, your project report copies must be signed by supervisor and HOD.
3. The final project demonstration and viva-voce will be examined by external expert examiners from Industry/Academia.
4. Two Project Report hard copies must be submitted on the day of project demonstration and viva-voce examination. Apart from the 2 copies submitted, the students are advised to get their personal copy of Project Report signed by Supervisor, HOD and External Examiner for future use.
5. A project demonstration and viva-voce examination will not be conducted for the students without the submission of hard copies of the project report in the specified format, duly signed by the project supervisor.
