We hope this notice finds you in good health and high spirits. We would like to bring to your attention the mandatory certifications for online courses on Swayam portal, along with important information regarding certification submission and its impact on your GP marks.
1.Swayam Portal Registration: All 2nd and 3rd year students are required to register on the Swayam portal. The Swayam platform offers numerous online courses from reputed institutions and provides an opportunity for self-paced learning and skill development. The registration process is an essential step towards enhancing your knowledge and acquiring valuable certifications.
2.Enrollment Deadline: The last date for enrolling in the Swayam portal is 31st August 2023. It is imperative that you complete your registration before this deadline to gain access to the available courses and certification opportunities. Failure to enroll within the stipulated timeframe may result in missing out on valuable learning opportunities and the associated GP marks.
3.Certification Submission: The deadline for submitting your certifications obtained through Swayam courses is set for 20th November 2023. These certificates hold significant weightage in your GP (General Proficiency) marks. It is crucial to complete the courses and acquire the respective certifications within the given time frame to maximize your academic performance.
- Certificate Collection: Once you have obtained the certifications, please submit them to your respective class coordinator. They will organize the collection and verification process, ensuring your achievements are duly recorded.
Note: Please note that the certifications obtained from the Swayam portal carry extra weightage in your GP marks in current semester.
