CIRCULAR
3rd & 5th Semester Mini Project Report Preparation for Final Examination
All the 3rd & 5th Semester students are hereby informed that their mini project final examination will be scheduled between January 1, 2025, to January 12, 2025. The examination will be conducted in online mode. The external examiner from industry will be assigned for evaluation.
Prepare a PPT of around 10 slides. The PPT content must be as follows:
- Project Tile, Project Team ID, Guide Name and Student Details (First Slide)
- Introduction and Problem Statement (Max 2 Slides)
- Literature Survey (Max 2 Slides)
- Objectives (1 Slide)
- Project Work Carried Out (Max 5 Slides)
Work carried out may include architectural design of the project, implementation of any objectives, Data Sets, Data Collection, Data Pre-processing, pseudo code/ algorithms, discussion of the results, etc.
Note:
- Prepare the mini project report as per the given template under the supervision of the project guide. Mini Project Examination date and submission link for the Project Report will be notified soon.

- Project report soft copy must be digitally signed by supervisor on or before submission deadline.
