Subject: PBL Project Proposal Submission Instructions for Students
All students of the 4th and 6th semesters enrolled in Project-Based Learning (PBL) subjects are hereby informed that the project proposal submission window will be open on LMS from the evening of 05/04/2025 (Saturday) to 08/04/2025 (Tuesday).
Important Instructions:
- Each team must submit a well-defined project proposal for their respective PBL subject.
- The project should be feasible within a 2–3 month duration.
- The proposal must be aligned with the subject under which the project is being carried out.
- Avoid submitting generic or outdated project ideas such as Banker’s Algorithm, Job Scheduling, etc. Titles should clearly reflect the objective and scope of the project.
Submission Process:
- The project proposal must be submitted through the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Once submitted, the proposal will be routed to the assigned faculty mentor for approval.
⚠️ Important: A proposal will be considered officially submitted only after mentor approval on LMS.
Note:
- After mentor approval, the 1st assessment/evaluation will be conducted within a week.
- The detailed schedule for the evaluation will be notified shortly.
