Subject: PBL Phase 2 Presentation – Schedule, Guidelines, and Report Submission
All students of 4th and 6th semesters enrolled in Project-Based Learning (PBL) are hereby informed that the Phase 2 Evaluation will be conducted as per the following details:
️ Presentation Dates:
Monday, 19th May 2025
Tuesday, 20th May 2025
** Few Dates are Changed due to available Slots of the Faculties.
Submission & Presentation Guidelines:
Students are required to come prepared with the following:
- Printed Progress Report in the prescribed format including:
- Current implementation status
- Challenges faced and solutions
- Screenshots of work/code
- Task division and pending work
Note: The report format will be shared shortly.
- Updated PowerPoint Presentation (maximum 10 slides) covering:
- Project Title & Objective
- Updated Workflow/Architecture
- Technical Progress
- Screenshots/Code Snippets
- Role-wise Contributions
- Screenshot of LMS Submission:
- Students must bring a printed screenshot showing that their project report/proposal has been approved by their mentor on the LMS portal.
- All group members must be present for the evaluation.
- The Progress Report must be uploaded on LMS and approved by the assigned mentor before the evaluation.
Dress Code and ID Requirement:
- Students must wear formal university uniforms.
- Carry your valid University ID card without fail.
⚠️ Additional Instructions:
- If any student/group has a clash of timing due to two PBL presentations, they must inform the concerned panel beforehand and attend both presentations one after another.
- Absentees without prior approval will be marked absent.

** The submission window of the report on LMS will open shortly. Students are advised to check the LMS frequently for updates. In the meantime, you may prepare the report as per the format and take feedback from your mentor for finalization.
