Notice: Allocation of PBL IDs and Mentors

This is to inform all students of the 3rd and 5th semesters that the Project-Based Learning (PBL) IDs and Mentors have been allocated for the current semester.
- Each group has been assigned a unique PBL ID for identification and record-keeping.
- A Faculty Mentor has been assigned to every group, who will guide and monitor the progress throughout the PBL phases.
- Students and Mentors will be mapped on LMS, and all reports will be submitted on the LMS only.
- Students who have not filled the group formation form have been assigned random groups. Such students are advised to connect with their respective group members at the earliest.
- The list of PBL IDs and respective Mentors is attached with this notice.
- The template for Phase-1 Report is also attached for reference. Students are required to prepare their report strictly in the prescribed format.
All students must note that they are required to:
- Use the allocated PBL ID in all submissions and correspondence.
- Maintain regular communication with their assigned mentors.
- Submit project proposals and subsequent milestones only after mentor approval.
