Subject: PBL Phase–3 Evaluation Schedule (4th & 6th Semester)
All students of the 4th and 6th Semesters are hereby informed that the PBL Phase–3 Evaluation (Final Phase) will be conducted on 30th April 2026, as per the schedule attached with this notice.
📌 Important Instructions
- Students are advised to complete the Faculty–Team Interaction Form and ensure all entries are duly filled and signed by the mentor.
- The final project report must be uploaded on LMS and approved by the mentor before the evaluation.
- Students are required to upload their complete project on GitHub and submit the repository link through the provided Google Form.
- Only the Team Leader is required to fill the Google Form on behalf of the group.

📂 Requirements for Phase–3 Presentation
Students must bring the following:
- Fully functional project (with UI wherever applicable)
- Project Report (Hard Copy – Spiral Bound)
- PowerPoint Presentation (PPT)
⚠️ Additional Instructions
- All team members must be present as per the allotted schedule.
- Students must report on time in proper university uniform with valid ID card.
- Incomplete submissions or lack of approvals may lead to non-evaluation.
Students are advised to complete all formalities well in advance and coordinate regularly with their respective mentors.
