Subject: PBL Team & Mentor Allocation – Mandatory Mentor Interaction and Team ID Verification
All students of the 3rd and 5th Semesters are hereby informed that the PBL Teams and Mentor Allocations have been finalized and are now available.
Students are advised to verify their allocated Team ID and Mentor and comply with the following instructions with immediate effect.
📌 Important Instructions
- Regular Mentor Meetings
- Students are required to meet their allotted mentor on a regular basis throughout the semester to discuss project progress and obtain guidance.
- Each team should maintain continuous communication with the assigned mentor and complete the project milestones as per the departmental schedule.
- Mandatory Mentor Interaction Form
- An Interaction Form is attached with this notice.
- Every mentor meeting must be recorded in this form and duly signed by the allotted mentor.
- The Interaction Form is mandatory and shall be verified during every PBL evaluation phase.
- Eligibility for PBL Evaluations
- Students must produce the duly signed Interaction Form during each evaluation phase.
- If a team fails to obtain a sufficient number of mentor interactions and signatures corresponding to the concerned evaluation phase, the students shall not be permitted to appear for that PBL evaluation, and the same shall be treated as per the departmental regulations.
- Multiple Team IDs
- Students who have been allotted more than one Team ID are required to surrender the extra Team ID(s) and retain only one valid Team ID.
- Such students must submit the required details through the Google Form provided by the department within the prescribed timeline.

- Failure to Submit Google Form
- Students who do not submit the Google Form despite having multiple Team IDs will be randomly removed from one of the allocated teams by the department, and the department’s decision shall be final and binding.
📌 Advisory
Students are advised to begin work on their projects immediately and maintain regular interaction with their mentors. Proper documentation, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with all departmental PBL guidelines, including plagiarism regulations, are mandatory throughout the semester.
