Notice: Internship Report and Presentation Submission Notice for 7 Sem Students

All 7th Semester Students are hereby informed that the Industrial Interaction (Internship) report submission and evaluation will be held online due to prevailing situation. This carries 100 marks. The students are required to prepare the following two components:
- Video Presentation: Each student should prepare a video presentation of at least 15 minutes giving complete details of their internship. The student should talk about the work done, methodologies followed, tools/languages used, work details, daily activities, what new things he/she learned course of the internship etc. The video presentation should be named as UniversityRollNo_internship.extension (e.g.,2012011_internship.mp4)
- Soft Copy Report Submission: Students should prepare a very short report on their work. There is no specified format of the report, student should follow standard professional guidelines. The report should ideally be between 15-20 pages. Students should attach the certificate received in the report. The report should invariably contain student details (Name, University Roll No, Branch/Specialization). Name the report as UniversityRollNo_internshipreport.docx/pdf (e.g., 2012011_internshipreport.docx)
Submission Method and Deadline:
Students will create a folder, the name of the folder should be ‘Internship.’ Copy both the video file and the report inside the folder (strictly following naming conventions as per the notice mentioned above). The student will then go to Google drive using his/her own account and upload the complete folder. Make the folder shareable (this is very important.) The student will then provide the link of his/her shareable folder in the following google form. The deadline for uploading in the student’s google drive and submission of the link is 5PM of Tuesday, 15th December, 2020. The link will be closed at the deadline, so ensure that you provide the details well within time.

Very Important Notes:
- Students should upload their files within the stipulated time. No activity should take place in the folder after the deadline. If any change is made in the folder after deadline the submission will be summarily rejected, and student will be marked Absent.
- Students should doubly ensure that the folders are made shareable. If they fail to make it shareable and the evaluator is not able to access the files, they will be summarily marked Absent.
- Students should keep the files in the folders till results are announced, do not delete them prior to that.
