This is to inform that the Batch–2 Re-Evaluation of PBL Phase–3 for IV Semester students will be conducted in online mode through Microsoft Teams on 19th and 20th June 2026 for the students whose names are mentioned in the attached list.
The re-evaluation is applicable to the following courses:
- Design and Analysis of Algorithms (DAA)
- Deep Learning (DL) / Programming in Java
The evaluation will be conducted by Experts, and each student will be required to deliver an individual presentation based on their respective PBL project and Phase–3 work.
The Microsoft Teams meeting link, schedule, and allotted time slots will be shared separately.
Important Instructions
- Only the students listed in the attached document are required to appear for the re-evaluation.
- The evaluation will be conducted individually through Microsoft Teams.
- Students must join the meeting at their allotted time.
- Students are required to keep their PPT, project report, source code, and fully functional working project ready for demonstration.
- Students will be required to share their screen and explain the project implementation, functionality, and source code.
- Students must keep their camera and microphone ON throughout the evaluation.
- Students must be dressed in professional attire during the evaluation.
- Before starting the presentation, students must display their College ID Card clearly in front of the camera for identity verification.
- The entire evaluation session will be recorded for academic and quality assurance purposes.
- Attendance during the evaluation is mandatory.
- Any student who fails to appear for the evaluation will be marked absent.
- Students are advised to ensure a stable internet connection and proper functioning of their camera, microphone, and screen-sharing facilities.
All concerned students are advised to remain available on the scheduled dates and regularly check official communication channels for further updates.
