Ref. No.: GEU/CSE/PBL5/26-O Date: 17 August 2026
All students of the 3rd and 5th Semesters are hereby informed that the revised PBL Teams and Mentor Allocations have been finalized. Students can now check their Team ID, team members, and allocated mentors through the PBL portal.
🌐 PBL Portal Access
Portal: pblgeu.online
Username: Student ID
Default Password: Moodle@123
Students are required to change the default password immediately after their first login and keep their credentials secure.
📌 Mandatory Mentor Interaction
- Students must contact and meet their allocated mentor well before the Phase-I evaluation.
- The allocated mentor will be a member of the Phase-I Evaluation Panel. Therefore, prior interaction with the mentor and regular project progress are essential.
- Students must discuss and finalize their project title, problem statement, scope, and proposed implementation with their mentor before Phase-I.
- Last-minute mentor meetings immediately before the evaluation will not be considered sufficient.
- Students who fail to maintain adequate interaction with their mentor may not be permitted to appear in the Phase-I evaluation.
📌 Online Mentor Interaction Record
The Mentor Interaction Record will now be maintained through the PBL portal only.
Students must ensure that their mentor interactions are regularly recorded on the portal. These records will be considered during the respective PBL evaluation phases.
📌 Verification of Team & Mentor Details
All students must log in to the portal immediately and verify their:
- Team ID and team members
- Allocated mentor
- Project/team-related details
⚠️ Discrepancies and Team-Related Queries
In case of any discrepancy related to Team ID, team members, or mentor allocation, students may report the issue at:
pbl.cse@geu.ac.in
The deadline for raising any team-related query is 20 August 2026.
No team-related requests received after the deadline will ordinarily be entertained. Students are therefore strictly advised to verify their allocation immediately and meet their respective mentors without waiting for the Phase-I evaluation date.
