Notice: Viva for 7th Semester Major Project Phase-I
The viva for 7th Semester Major Project (for 55 marks) is being scheduled from Tuesday, 21st December 2021. The project guide will allocate the other 45 marks as already informed.
The groups have been assigned a panel for evaluation. There are total 3 panels. Please find the assigned panel, group information and date of evaluation from the files given below:
The students will join the appropriate WhatsApp group of each panel which will be shared by the concerned class coordinators. The students should ensure that they join the proper group so that their viva is conducted without any issue. No requests will be entertained from students if they join the wrong panel.
The viva be held in online mode and will start from 9.30 AM onwards. The faculty member will share the link through which viva will be taken in the WhatsApp group. The groups should be available on time and may be required to wait for their turn. If a group does not join on time, they will be summarily marked absent and they will not receive any marks for the viva part. Students should clearly note that all the group members should be available online together at the specified time for viva.
Note1: Viva for defaulter groups who did not submit their SRS to their evaluators on time will be scheduled on Wednesday(22 Dec, 2021) or Thursday(23 Dec, 2021). A separate notice will be put up for the defaulters. However, note that the viva for defaulters will only be scheduled if it is allowed by the concerned supervisor. Also, there will be a deduction of 20 marks for all defaulters.
