Notice: 7th Semester Major Project Phase I Examination

The 7th semester major project phase I examination is being scheduled from December 11, 2023, to December 13, 2023. The examination will be conducted in offline mode and will start from 10.00 AM onwards. The groups have been assigned a panel for evaluation (see the bottom of the page).

Project team members have to prepare a PPT of around 10 slides. The PPT content must be as follows:

1.     Project Tile, Project Team ID, Guide Name and Student Details (First Slide)
2.     Introduction and Problem Statement (Max 2 Slides)
3.     Literature Survey (Max 2 Slides)
4.     Objectives (1 Slide)
5.     Project Work Carried Out (Max 5 Slides)

Work carried out may include architectural design of the project, implementation of any objectives, Data Sets, Data Collection, Data Pre-processing, pseudo code/ algorithms, discussion of the results, etc.

Note:

1. The request for change in exam date and time will not be entertained.Please check the below schedule, in case of any discrepancy then informed to Project Coordinator (Dr. Guru Prasad M S) on or before December 4^th, 2023, 01.00 PM.

3. Progress Report hard copies must be submitted to the examiners on the day of major project phase I examination.
4. A major project phase I examination will not be conducted for the students without the submission of hard copy of the progress report in the specified format, duly signed by the project supervisor and HoD.
