AWS JAM Event – 30th April 2025
The AWS JAM event is scheduled to be held on 30th April 2025 from 9:00 AM onwards at the Silver Jubilee Convention Centre, Graphic Era University.
The list of students who are required to complete the learning plans and participate in the event is attached with this notice.
⚠️ Important:
All listed students are strictly instructed to be present on the day without fail. As already communicated, non-compliance may lead to deduction in GP marks and disciplinary action.
Participants must follow the instructions below to ensure smooth participation:
- All participants must check their official (GEU/GEHU) login credentials beforehand to ensure smooth access on the event day.
- Students must attend the event in proper uniform with their college ID cards.
- Laptops must be sufficiently charged for the event. Students are also advised to carry their chargers as a backup.
- Reach the venue for registration sharply at 9:00 AM on the 3rd Floor, Silver Jubilee Convention Centre.
- Registration desk will be placed at Silver Jubilee Convention Centre 3rd Floor.
- After registration, students must take their seats according to the batch number allotted at the registration desk.
- Refreshments will be provided to each participant at the end of the event.
