Subject: PBL Phase 1 Presentation Schedule and Submission Guidelines
All students of 4th and 6th semesters enrolled in Project-Based Learning (PBL) are hereby informed that the Phase 1 Presentation will be conducted as per the following schedule:
️ Presentation Dates:
Monday, 21st April 2025 to Tuesday, 22nd April 2025
Instructions for Presentation:
All teams must report as per their allocated time slots (attached with this notice) and are required to bring the following:
- Printed Copy of the final submitted project proposal.
- A screenshot showing that the proposal has been graded/approved by the mentor on LMS.
- A PowerPoint presentation (PPT) with no more than 8 slides, including:
- Project Title
- Objective
- Technology Stack
- Project Idea/Overview
- Workflow/Architecture
- Roles and Responsibilities of Each Team Member
Group Participation:
- All members of the group must be present for the presentation.
- In case any student or group faces a timing clash between two PBL presentations, they must inform the panel members in advance and will be allowed to attend both presentations one after the other.
Dress Code and ID: - Students must come in proper university uniform and carry their valid university ID card.
⚠️ Important Notes:
- Students must attend the presentation only in their allotted slots as per the attached schedule.
- No team will be allowed to present without the required documents/screenshots.
- Ensure your proposal is graded by your mentor before the presentation.
