Notice: PBL Phase 3 Presentation Schedule for 5th Semester

All students of 5th Semester enrolled in Project-Based Learning (PBL) are hereby informed that the Phase 3 Presentation (Final Evaluation) will be conducted on 20th November 2025 as per the allocated schedule attached with this notice.

Requirements for Phase 3 Presentation

Students must bring the following:

• PowerPoint Presentation (PPT)

• Hard Copy of the Final Project Report (Spiral Bound)

• Valid University ID Card

• Proper University Uniform is mandatory

Important Instructions

1. Students must report strictly as per their allocated time slots.

2. The project must be fully completed for this final evaluation.
3. In case of a timing clash with any academic/placement activity, students must inform the respective evaluator in advance.

4. All group members must be present for the presentation.
5. No team will be allowed to present without the required documents.
