Notice: PBL Phase 3 Presentation Schedule for 3rd Semester

Subject: Schedule for 3rd Semester PBL Phase Evaluations

All students of the 3rd Semester enrolled in Project-Based Learning (PBL) are hereby informed that the PBL evaluations for the respective subjects will be conducted as per the schedule given below:

PBL Evaluation Schedule (3rd Semester)

1. Elective Subjects (All Electives under 3rd Semester PBL)

Date: 21/11/2025 (Friday)
 Students must appear strictly according to the attached schedule.

2. Data Structures (DS – TCS-302)

Date: 29/11/2025 (Saturday)
 The evaluation will be conducted as per the allocated time slots attached with this notice.

Important Instructions

  • All students must report on time as per their assigned slot.
  • Students must come in proper university uniform and carry their valid university ID card.
  • Students must bring:
    • A PPT describing problem statements, objectives, workflow, tech stack, and individual roles.
    • A spiral-bound copy of the project report.
    • Any additional documents/screenshots as instructed by the mentor.
  • All group members must be present for evaluation.
  • In case a student/group faces a timing clash, they must inform the evaluator in advance and will be permitted to present accordingly.
