This is to inform that the Re-Evaluation of PBL Phase–3 will be conducted in online mode through Microsoft Teams on 13th and 14th June 2026 for the students whose names are mentioned in the attached list.
The re-evaluation is applicable to the following courses:
- Design and Analysis of Algorithms (DAA)
- Programming in Java / Deep Learning
The evaluation will be conducted by Industry Experts, and each student will be required to give an individual presentation based on their respective PBL project and Phase–3 work.
The Microsoft Teams meeting link will be shared separately by the respective internal evaluator.
Important Instructions
- Only the students listed in the attached document are required to appear for the re-evaluation.
- The evaluation will be conducted individually through Microsoft Teams.
- Students must join the meeting at their allotted time.
- Students are required to keep their project fully functional and ready for demonstration.
- Students must have access to their complete source code, datasets (if applicable), documentation, and presentation materials during the evaluation.
- Students will be required to share their screen and demonstrate the working of their project as well as explain the implementation details and source code to the evaluators.
- The entire evaluation session will be recorded for academic and quality assurance purposes.
- Attendance during the evaluation is mandatory.
- Any student who fails to appear for the evaluation will be marked absent, and no further opportunity for evaluation will be provided.
- Students are advised to ensure a stable internet connection and keep their camera and microphone functional throughout the evaluation.
- In case all listed students cannot be accommodated within the scheduled dates, the evaluation may be extended beyond. Any such extension will be communicated separately.
- Students are advised to regularly check their official university email IDs for meeting links, schedules, time slots, and any further communication related to the re-evaluation process.
