All students of 3rd and 5th Semester are hereby informed that the PBL Phase-I Evaluation
is scheduled for 10th September 2026.
Students are required to carefully follow the instructions given below:
1. Panel & Venue: Details regarding the evaluation panel, reporting time, and venue
will be shared through the PBL Portal. Students are advised to check the portal
regularly for updates.
2. University Uniform & ID Card: All students must appear for the evaluation in
proper University uniform and carry their University ID Card.
3. Hard Copy of Phase-I Report: Each team must bring a hard copy of the Phase-I
Report in spiral binding or stick file, prepared strictly as per the format already
shared through the PBL Portal.
4. Presentation Format: The PPT must strictly follow the prescribed format shared
through the PBL Portal. Presentations prepared in any other format may not be
considered.
5. Individual Presentation: Every team member is required to present for at least
5 minutes and should be prepared to explain their individual contribution and
understanding of the project.
6. Laptop Mandatory: Each team must bring a laptop containing the final
presentation and all necessary project-related material.
7. Presentation Setup: Presentations will be conducted using the Smart
Board/Projector only. Students should ensure beforehand that their laptops are
compatible with the available display system.
8. Connectors/Pen Drive: Students are advised to bring the required
HDMI/Type-C/display connector or adapter, wherever applicable. A pen drive
containing a backup copy of the presentation may also be carried to avoid
last-minute technical issues.
9. Students must ensure that the report and presentation incorporate the feedback
provided by the Departmental Review Committee, wherever applicable.
10. Students should report to the allotted venue well before their scheduled evaluation
time and remain available until their team’s evaluation is completed.
All students are advised to make the necessary arrangements in advance. Failure to
comply with the prescribed Phase-I requirements may affect eligibility for evaluation.
