VERY IMPORTANT: THE EXTERNAL VIVA EXAM ENDS ON TUESDAY, 21^stMAY. ANY STUDENT/GROUP LEFT AWAY WILL BE MARKED ABSENT

Important pointers:

There are three panels, check all the panels
All team members should be present during the viva in proper uniform.
Groups should report at the designated time. Failure to report at designated time will result in a direct ABSENT
Carry project report with you. Carry your work in your laptop in full working condition. If you have executed your work in any of the labs ensure to keep it running. If you have done work in an external organization prepare a presentation.
Do not contact anyone for rescheduling the examination citing any reasons. It will not be entertained.
Make your signature in the attendance sheet.
Any student whose name has not appeared in any of the lists of 20^thand 21^stMay 2019 have not submitted project completion report. Any such student left out is required to report sharp at 9 AM otherwise all such students will be marked ABSENT forthwith.
