Notice: Regarding Photographs of 8th Sem Memento Photography Absentee Students
The following students were absent for the memento photography despite providing one complete week for the same(List of absentee students: http://csitgeu.in/wp/momentoabs.xls). The absentee students can send digital photos themselves by arranging strictly according to the following specifications. The photos and associated details are to be sent to the given link latest by 5 PM of Wednesday, 24th March 2021. Note that if any absentee student fails to send the photos by the deadline or fails to follow the given specifications, he/she will not receive the memento photo and the fees paid for the same will stand forfeited. No representation from such student will be entertained later under any circumstances.

- Photography / Size and Resolution
- Preferably get a photo clicked in Photo Studio.
- Size of the Photograph should be 12inches X 18 Inches
- Resolution should be 250 pixels/inch
- Uniform
- University uniform is mandatory for the memento profile photograph
- Background and Format
- Image should be against white background.
- Format of the Image must be JPEG
- Photo Posture and Props
- Photo to be clicked in standing position
- Photo should be 3/4 of the full image above knees to the head.
- Kindly turn and give a slightly side profile but face towards the camera as per sample image attached
- Please have a smiling face and hold any prop like books, tablet, ipad, bag, handbag, etc
