Notice: Evaluation of Repeat and Absentee students of 8th Sem Major Project
The following final year students were absent or being repeated due to unsatisfactory performance during the Major Project External Evaluation. Considering that this is their final semester the Department has decided to give a final chance to reappear for the Evaluation with the following constraints.
- The students who were Absent will be evaluated only out of 75 marks. 25% marks are being deducted.
- The students who have been given a repeat chance for unsatisfactory performance are required to improve their reports and project and reappear for the evaluation. 10% marks will be deducted. In the event that the student is not interested in reappearing for evaluation they will get the marks as per first evaluation.
The evaluation of both these categories will be held on Monday. 21 June, 2021.
All Absentee/Repeat students who desire to appear for the evaluation are required to fill the details in the following form latest by 5 PM of Saturday, 19 June, 2021.

Note that all other students whose names are not appearing in the list should not presume that they have passed or received good grades in the evaluation. Their overall performance will depend on the quality of report and video submitted along with the external viva. Any case of plagiarism will get a Fail grade and no repeat chances are provided for such students involved in plagiarism.
